The Hammers host Olympiacos in their Europa League group on Thursday, then welcome Nottingham Forest for their next Premier League test on Sunday.
And they are looking to bounce back from a 3-2 defeat at Brentford last weekend, after Bowen set a Premier League record by netting in a sixth successive away fixture and took his tally for the season to eight.
“Maybe when I look back at [the record] in a few years [it will be something to be proud of],” he told whufc.com.
“But for now all I want to do is bring my ‘A’ game every week, and that’s all I’m trying to do for the team.
“I want to score goals, you don’t get caught up in records, you just want to score in each game. That’s all I’m trying to do at the minute.
“We’ve got a big European game on Thursday, followed by another big game on Sunday [at home to Nottingham Forest in the Premier League].
“Talk is cheap and we have to put it right on the pitch.”
Hammers travelled to west London on the back of a 3-1 Carabao Cup victory over Arsenal in midweek, which earned them a quarter-final trip to Liverpool.
But they fell behind to a Neal Maupay goal on 11 minutes, before Mohammed Kudus levelled and Bowen put them in front.
“Mo has been really good since he’s come in. It was another really spectacular goal from him,” added Bowen.
“We came in at half-time 2-1 up, but in the second half it was far too easy for them.
“The goals were poor and we’re disappointed on our part to concede those type of goals.
An own goal from West Ham defender Konstantinos Mavropanos levelled the score, before Nathan Collins rose highest to meet Mathias Jensen’s cross for the winner.
“It’s really disappointing. We let it crumble and they won the game. It was a poor game from us,” added Bowen, after their third Premier League loss in a row.
“We weren’t strong enough to try and keep the ball out the back of the net as a whole collective.
“I think if you score two goals away from home you expect to pick something up from the game, so we have to be stronger.
“Talk is cheap now. We’ve had a really poor set of results, minus Arsenal. Obviously we have to come and speak about it, but talk is cheap and it has to change on the pitch.”
