Londoners’ everyday travel will be massively impacted in the upcoming days as tube strikes are set to take place.
With thousands of workers on the London Underground that are part of the Rail, Maritime and Transport Union (RMT) and drivers from the Aslef Union are set to take part in the action.
Strikes are expected to take place across six days as Transport for London (TfL) warns commuters to plan ahead and be prepared for busy services.

When are the Tube strikes in July 2023?
The strike dates are as follows:
- Sunday, July 23
- Tuesday, July 25
- Wednesday, July 26
- Thursday, July 27
- Friday, July 28
RMT Union members on the Tube will be striking between Sunday, July 23 and Friday, July 28.
Meanwhile, Aslef train drivers will be taking action on Wednesday, July 26 and Friday, July 28.
Will the Elizabeth Line be affected by Tube strikes?
Transport for London (TfL) has shared that there are no strikes planned for the Elizabeth Line.
However, it could still be affected with warnings of station closures where stations also serve London Underground lines.
