This is due to engineering works on a new signalling system.
The lines which will be running no service until 3pm are the Circle Line, District Line, Hammersmith and City Line and the Jubilee Line.
Transport for London (TfL) has announced that there will be replacement buses running while the closures are in place.
The new signalling system, named Four Lines Modernisation (4LM), is set to be completed in 2025.
Upon its successful implementation, 4LM is expected to enhance operational efficiency, allowing for an increased number of trains per hour, thereby improving overall reliability and journey times.
Although the weekend closures may pose inconvenience to some commuters, TfL said the short-term disruptions will be outweighed by the long-term advantages brought about by the modernisation.
Other lines that are affected by the engineering works are:
London Overground
On Saturday, November 11 and Sunday, November 12, a reduced service will operate between Kilburn High Road and Euston.
Metropolitan Line
There will be no service between Harrow-on-the-Hill and Aldgate until 3pm.
