Plans to turn a vacant office into a hot food takeaway and re-build various farm outbuildings are among those that have been submitted to Havering Council.
The applications were all submitted to the council between July 11 and July 17.
The council is currently reviewing each application and has yet to make a decision on any of them.
In Rainham, a planning application (P0988.23) has been submitted to change the use of a vacant ground floor office in New Road to a hot food takeaway.
The opening hours proposed are from 11am until 11pm, Monday to Saturday and from midday until 10pm on a Sunday.
A separate application (A0035.23) proposes the installation of an illuminated sign at the same location.
In South End Road there are also plans (P1082.23) to build a new two-bedroom end-of-terrace home on land adjacent to an existing home.
In Hornchurch there are applications for single storey rear extensions at three different homes.
One (Y0186.23) is in Elm Park Avenue, another (Y0185.23) is in St Andrews Avenue and an application has also been made for Stafford Avenue (P1093.23).
There are new plans (P1110.23) for a double-storey rear extension in Harrow Drive.
Elsewhere in Hornchurch, application P0907.23 asks for permission to demolish an existing detached double-storey building and double garage in Nelmes Road.
Under current plans, a three-story detached house, consisting of two floors and a loft, with a double garage would be built in its place.
St Mary’s Catholic church and school in Hornchurch Road is seeking retrospective permission (P1002.23) for the installation of new playground equipment.
In Romford, one application (P0855.23) seeks approval for a single-storey conservatory to the rear of a property in Amersham Road.
In Beauly Way, there are plans (P1016.23) at one home to convert a garage into a habitable room, construct a first-floor side extension and build a rear extension.
At the E P F Emerys Poultry Farm in Tomkyns Lane, Upminster, proposals have been submitted (P1002.23) to construct a four-vehicle garage with three open bays and a single closed bay.
Another application for the farm (P1068.23) asks to demolish the existing sheds, barn, and stables and rebuild the stables alongside three new barns.
