The 49-year-old recently played the legendary role of Queen Elizabeth II in the hit Netflix series The Crown.

But she has now been featured on the cover of British Vogue for the December 2023 issue.

Will Olivia Colman be in the next James Bond?

During an interview for the magazine that involved a conversation about Dame Judi Dench, Olivia said: “The amount of time I have wanted to be M. I’m not sure who I need to call…”

It was then suggested she should get in touch with James Bond producer Barbara Broccoli, which was when Olivia spoke about meeting her for the first time.

She said: “I know, I met her once. I wanted to go, ‘Can I be M?’ I must try to be cooler about it. Maybe she reads Vogue? Put that bit in.”

Olivia has had quite a busy schedule recently, having finished filming Paddington in Peru and starring alongside Timothée Chalamet in the new adaption of Wonka this Christmas.
