Billericay won by the same margin at Margate to remain fourth in the table.

Bradley Stevenson fired Blues in front after just eight minutes at Hartsdown Park, with Frankie Merrifield making it 2-0 just before the interval.

And Alfie Cerulli added a third, before Steve Cawley’s penalty gave the hosts some consolation.

In-form Wingate & Finchley, meanwhile, moved up to fifth with a 3-2 victory at Carshalton Athletic.

Anointed Chukwu put the Blues ahead just before half-time and Elliot Long doubled the advantage five minutes into the second half.

The Robins hit back midway through the second half, but Long’s second goal of the game made it 3-1 and proved decisive as the hosts scored again with 12 minutes left.

North London neighbours Haringey had taken the lead at Lewes thanks to a 13th-minute goal from Georgios Aresti.

But Chris Whelpdale levelled within a minute of the restart at the Dripping Pan and Ola Ogunwamide put Lewes in front midway through the second half.

Whelpdale claimed his second soon after, with a late penalty condemning Tom Loizou’s men to a 4-1 defeat.

Brentwood Town remain fourth in Isthmian North after a 2-0 home win over Wroxham.

Shad Ngandu opened the scoring from the spot on 16 minutes, with George Sykes on target just before the break.

And Callum Taylor’s 77th-minute effort proved enough for Enfield to claim a 1-0 win at Ipswich Wanderers, while Redbridge saw their clash at Gorleston postponed due to a waterlogged pitch.

Hendon made it back-to-back wins on the road with a 2-0 success at Winchester City.

Buoyed by their 3-1 triumph at Walton & Hersham, they saw Billy Leonard open the scoring after weathering an early storm.

Sam Adenola pounced after a goalkeeping error to poke home the second on the stroke of half-time, but Joe White was dismissed for a second bookable offence.

The 10 men held on throughout the second half as debutant Loris Marciman made three fine saves, as the Greens moved up to seventh.

Harrow returned empty-handed from Hungerford Town, though, after a 2-1 loss with Pap Jawara’s 90th-minute goal little consolation.
