It comes as members of the Rail, Maritime and Transport Union (RMT) and drivers from the Aslef Union shared they would be taking action. 

Seeing a number of key services on London Underground affected, many have been asking if one line, in particular, will be hit by strikes. 

As the newest member of London’s transport system, the Elizabeth Line has become essential for many travellers since it opened in 2022.

Will the Elizabeth Line be affected by Tube strikes? 

Transport for London (TfL) has shared that there are no strikes planned for the Elizabeth Line.

However, it could still be affected with warnings of station closures where stations also serve London Underground lines.

When are the Tube strikes in July 2023?

The strike dates are as followers:

  • Sunday, July 23
  • Tuesday, July 25
  • Wednesday, July 26
  • Thursday, July 27
  • Friday, July 28

RMT Union members on the Tube will be striking between Sunday, July 23 and Friday, July 28.

Meanwhile, Aslef train drivers will be taking action on Wednesday, July 26 and Friday, July 28.
