Brentwood scored 126-4 in their 20 overs, with Ilford chasing down the total for the loss of just one wicket.
Uzair Khan took the man of the match award after hitting an unbeaten 89 from just 52 balls as Ilford won the competition for the first time.
They had beaten neighbours Wanstead in the semi-final earlier in the day, posting 152-3 and holding the young Herons to 129-5 in reply.
