New Hornchurch boss Steve Morison has made more additions to his squad ahead of the Isthmian League Premier Division season.
Young goalkeeper Harry Seaden is the latest to join the Bridge Avenue ranks, from local rivals Billericay Town.
The 22-year-old made four apparances for Southend United, having come up through their youth ranks, while having loan spells at Cambridge City, Colchester United, Great Wakering and Dagenham & Redbridge.
And Morison was delighted to add the England U17 international to his squad.
“I’d like to welcome Harry Seaden to Hornchurch FC, he’s a young goalkeeper with lots of potential and one that will only enhance our group more on and off the pitch,” Morison told the club website.
“Harry has great dedication to his work and we are delighted to have him join our team. His talent, determination, and positive attitude will undoubtedly be a great asset to our squad, and we are excited to see what he can achieve with us.
“We wish him all the best for the upcoming season and look forward to seeing him in action.”
Seaden’s arrival comes after the signing of winger Quentin Monville from Concord Rangers had been announced a day earlier.
The 28-year-old includes Billericay, Wingate & Finchley, Barking, Bowers & Pitsea and Potters Bar as some of his former clubs.
And Morison added: “I’d like to welcome Quentin and can’t wait to see him come and make an impact on us and help him reach his potential as a footballer.
“Quentin has shown great promise in his previous clubs and we believe that he has the skills and passion to become an asset to our team.
“We have seen his dedication and hard work on the field, and we are excited to have him join our family. We hope that he will thrive in our environment and continue to grow as a player.
“We believe Quentin’s signing is a step forward for Hornchurch as we continue to build a strong and competitive team. We are confident he will contribute to our success and help us achieve our goals.
“We look forward to having Quentin on board and wish him all the best in his journey with us.”
The signing of exciting attacking player Jack Leahy had been revealed late last week, from Morison’s former club Cardiff City.
Leahy had come through the youth ranks at Brighton, before playing for Cardiff’s U23s.
“I’m really pleased to sign Jack and convince him to join Hornchurch,” added Morison.
“I believe he has the potential to be a real asset to our team and make a big impact on the pitch.
“Jack has great ability and I am confident that he will continue to develop and improve with us at Hornchurch FC. We will work hard to support him and help him reach his full potential as a player.
“I am looking forward to seeing him in action and seeing him contribute to our team’s success in the upcoming season.”
