Havering Council has received a series of planning applications for a range of developments across the borough in the last week.
These applications cover a variety of proposals, from single-storey extensions to changes in land use and the construction of new buildings.
The council is currently reviewing each application and has yet to make a decision on any of them.
One of the applications, reference number D0248.23, pertains to 2 Alexandra Road in Rainham. The applicant is seeking a Certificate of Lawfulness for a single-storey rear extension.
Similarly, application P0865.23 requests permission for a single-storey front extension at 323 Goodwood Avenue in Hornchurch.
Another notable application, P0868.23, involves a change of use from a dwelling (C3) to a children’s care home (C2) at 14A Lower Mardyke Avenue in Rainham. The proposal aims to meet the demand for childcare facilities in the area.
In Romford, application P0871.23 seeks permission for a single-storey rear extension at 31 Priory Road, while application P0861.23 requests the construction of two single-storey outbuildings for use as a home gym and playroom at 24 Freshfields Avenue in Upminster.
