A mix of planning applications have been submitted to Havering Council this week, looking to bring change to different areas.
We have picked a range of applications received from August 15 to August 21.
The applications cover a variety of proposals, from the possible demolition of the Alderman pub in Romford to replacement signs for Co-op funeralcare in Elm Park.
Planning applications will be reviewed by the council before any final decisions are made.
One application, A0042.23, included proposals for an externally lit fascia sign and an illuminated hanging sign in Elm Park.
The applicant was the Co-op, the supermarket chain which is also a funeralcare provider.

Another application, P1249.23, in Emerson Park looked to build a new porch and convert a garage into a family room.
Imperials Hornchurch, a car dealership, also bidded to build a “high quality” showroom and office space under application P1104.23.
A pub could also be bullzoned under plans, P1274.23, which proposed the demolition of all existing buildings and structures on the site of the Alderman pub on Avelon Road in Romford.
In Mawneys ward, it was proposed under application P1054.2 that an outdoor office, gym and garden room be created for a family’s use on Orchard Road.
Rainham and Wennington ward had plans made for the erection of an single-storey additionally resourced provision (ARP) classroom block.
This application, P1089.23, would include associated access to the block at the location of Chafford School on Lambs Lane.
Squirrels Heath ward also saw plans for a part single, part two-storey side or rear extension that would involve the conversation of a garage into a home.
The above Caversham Gardens application in Hornchurch, P1198.23, would also include raising the building’s roof height.
In Upminster, a resident on Acacia Drive was seeking to add solar panels to a garden outbuilding under application P1141.23.
Marshalls Park and Rise Park ward also had plans, P1260.23, made for a replacement boundary fence on 5 Broadway in Romford.
A single-storey rear extension with a flat roof, that would inlcude two roof lanterns, has been proposed in St Edwards ward.
The application, P1268.23, would also convert a garage into a habitable space.
