A teenage boy has been taken to hospital after he was stabbed in Redbridge.

Police were called at 7.10pm yesterday (Friday, June 2) to Green Lane, Ilford, to reports of a robbery.

Officers responded and located a 15-year-old boy who was found to have sustained a stab injury.

He has been conveyed to hospital.

His condition is not believed to be life-threatening or life-changing.

At this stage there have been no arrests and further enquiries are ongoing.
