The following cases were heard in Romford and Barkingside Magistrates’ Courts in the week starting July 3. 

They include a flasher, a Sainsbury’s thief and multiple drink drivers.

Mohammad Karim Jabarkhail, 33, of Woodlands Road in Ilford 

Found guilty that on March 9 in the borough of Redbridge he exposed his genitals intending that someone would see them and be caused alarm of distress. 

Given a community order including a requirement to participate in Horizon programme for sex offenders. 

Ion Ciobanu, 35, of Hilldene Avenue in Romford 

Pleaded guilty that on June 16 in Chadwell Heath he drove while over the alcohol limit, 80 micogrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath. 

Given a £200 fine and disqualified from driving for one year and eight months. 

Harpreet Singh, 35, of Southern Way in Romford 

Pleaded guilty that on June 18 in the borough of Redbridge he drove while over the alcohol limit, 59 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath. 

Fined £440 and disqualified from driving for three years and eight months. 

David Guyton, 39, no fixed abode 

Pleaded guilty that on July 2 in Romford he stole £126 of meat from Co-Op. 

Given an eight-week prison sentence suspended for one year. 

Kenneth Onwudinjor, 36, of Chadwick Road in Ilford 

Pleaded guilty that on July 1 in Chadwell Heath he stole £371 of groceries from Sainsbury’s. Also pleaded guilty to possession of a controlled drug, diamorphine. 

Given a six-week prison sentence. 

Daniel Laurentiuu Ionita, 54, of St Awdrys Road in Barking 

Pleaded guilty that on April 1 in Barking he drove while over the alcohol limit, 81 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath. 

Fined £120 and disqualified from driving for one and a half years. 

Josh Cole, 28, of Station Lane in Hornchurch 

Pleaded guilty that on April 17 on Hornchurch High Street he was in possession of a hunting knife. 

Given a community order including 120 hours of unpaid work. 

Ramunas Kasperavicius, 41, of Green Lane in Dagenham 

Pleaded guilty that on April 29 in Dagenham he drove while over the alcohol limit, 120 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath. 

Given a four-month prison sentence suspended for one and a half years. Magistrates commented that the offence was serious because an accident was caused and a person was injured. 

Marc Gray, 33, of Muirhead Quay in Barking 

Pleaded guilty that on April 26 in Manningtree he stole whisky from Tesco and threatened a person. Also pleaded guilty that on July 5 in Romford he stole a power drill and monitor worth £600. 

Given an eight-month prison sentence.
