London Ambulance Service was called to an address in Westfield Gardens at 6.07pm on Monday (July 10) to reports of the incident. Officers from Met Police arrived at the scene soon after.

They found that the boy, three, had slipped out of the second-floor window of a residential building.

Two ambulance crews, a medic in a fast response car, an incident response officer, a clinical team manager and an air ambulance were sent to the location.

Medics treated the child at the scene, before taking him to a major trauma centre as a priority.

A spokesperson for Met Police has confirmed that the boy’s injuries were not life threatening or life changing.

No arrests have been made by the police.
